Technology Developer

Become a member of our Sofia office, established in 2011, and contribute to the core mission of our 45+ team members — advancing Wacom’s digital ink technologies and strengthening our global technology development ecosystem.

Today, we are looking for you to join us as our new Technology Developer.

Key Responsibilities 
    • Develop various parts of our Ink Centric Machine Learning Pipeline 
    • Improve existing engineering tools and services and develop new ones.
    • Participate in research and development of machine learning models
    • Develop proof of concept and demo applications
    • Participate in the development of software components in the digital ink domain
    • Create technical documentation and participate in knowledge transfer

    • Python
    • Understanding of software design principles, algorithms, data structures
    • Experience or foundational understanding of the machine learning domain
    • Ability to learn new languages and technologies
    • Good English skills
    • Teamwork

Advantages 
    • Experience with backend development
    • C#, JavaScript
    • TensorFlow, Keras, etc.
    • Experience or interest in computer graphics 
    • Degree in Software Engineering, Mathematics, or similar field
